Loyola Press Club provides an important means of educating, empowering and enabling the members in the journalistic skills. It is a platform to observe and act through reporting, printing and publishing. It encourages the members to record the events that take place in and around the college. It emphasizes on the social responsibility by sharing their views through creative writing columns.

 

The Loyola Papyrus was found in September 2008, as a collaborative venture of Papyrus Club Chennai, The Deccan Chronicle, Net Link Technologies and Loyola College, Chennai. The Club was renamed as The Loyola Press Club in the academic year 2009-2010. It regularly comes out with the Print Journal, The Sterling Post.
