1. Web Design
The WEPRO team, along with our MCA students, has designed a new home page and hosted it. The uniqueness of this initiative is that it harnesses the creativity and technical skills of our own students, engineering the talents and resources of the WEPRO team members to professional ends. What we aim at is a website fully developed by, for and of the staff and students of Loyola College - a website of contemporary international standard that would befit the ‘College of Excellence’ title.Essentially, we are focusing on a responsive web design.

The emphasis is on simple, precise language across the website. A separate page / sub domain for eachdepartment/centre/institute/club/service is envisioned; possibilities for discussions through social forums are also being worked upon. For the first time, Loyola College will have official accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

2. Campus News
WEPRO also endeavors to reach the staff and students of our college with campus news. This is done on a weekly basis. Key events and programmes are condensed into news bytesand relayed over the Public Address System. The effort receives a rousing welcome from members of the Loyola family. Credit is due to the student members of the WEPRO team: R. Pawan Kumar, Leo Arc Joseph, G. S. Jemima Jorin, and Aaquib Jaleel.

3. Press Meet
WEPRO also organizes press meets for important events and programmes of the college. Some of the recent press meets include:
- Announcing the College of Excellence Status
- A two-day Conference on Recent Trends in Higher Education and Commemoration of Jesuit Jubilees
- An International ‘Un-Conference’ on Taking Diversions and U-Turns [11th to 13th February, 2015]
- The Return of Rev. Fr. Alexis Premkumar, S.J. [26th February, 2015] In addition, the print and visual media are regularly invited to cover the programmes organized on campus and carry the news to the public. The news items attached in the Press section of our college website speak volumes of the role played by WEPRO members.

4. Digital Display Board
WEPRO manages updating information on two Digital Display Boards, which are placed near the campus map, opposite to Information Desk and opposite to Chemistry block. The digital boards are kept on throughout the day, continuously from dawn to dusk. The following information is displayed for the students:
•  Date and Time
•  Thought for the day
•  Day order
•  Current and upcoming events conducted by the college as well as individual departments/centres/institutes etc.

Many students are spell found by the messages of these video programmes.
