Co-ordinator's Message

The Department of B.Com (Accounting & Finance) was introduced in the year 2020.The motto of this course is to prepare the students to become a Global financial Professional. We develop in them the skills and competencies in the areas of Financial Reporting (IFRS, & US GAAP), Financial Planning, Financial Performance, Financial Analytics and Strategic Financial Management. The curriculum of B.Com (A/F) program can lead to globally recognized International Certifications in Finance and Fintech domain. Besides, our students acquire the knowledge and skills in the areas of Data Analytics, Robotic Process automation (RPA) and Block chain technology. Further, this course enables students to develop an analytics mindset and use Data Analytics which has a wide scope in the field of Banking, e-Commerce, Healthcare, Fraud detection and Risk management and exposes them to technologies like Robotic Process automation (RPA). Hence that facilitates the aspirants to excel their skills and knowledge in Finance and analytics domain. 

Students are also exposed to Block chain technology; which has a great future worldwide with an incredible scope in the financial field. 

Students are trained in financial analytical case studies that equip them to gain an application and Industry orientation challenging situations. They also have to undergo Internships which will help the students to be future-ready and benefit them in their professional progression. 

Setting goal is the first step in turning the invisible into visible"- Anthony Robbins. Our Department is always encouraging and motivating the students to attain their goals.
