Loyola

IAS Academy

Loyola IAS Academy, formerly known as Loyola Institute of Competitive Examinations, was established in 2022 as a visionary initiative of the Jesuit management. Rooted in the values of social justice and inclusive education, the Academy aims to nurture aspiring civil servants from diverse backgrounds, especially those from marginalized communities.

We began our journey by launching a three-year Foundation Course for students of Loyola College pursuing their undergraduate studies, enabling them to prepare for civil services alongside their degree. In commemoration of Loyola College’s Centenary Year, we introduced a one-year Integrated Prelims-cum-Mains course for graduates, offering full-fledged training for the UPSC examination.

Our mission is driven by a commitment to non-commercial, low-cost education, ensuring that financial constraints never become a barrier to ambition. Loyola IAS Academy stands as a testament to the Jesuit spirit of forming men and women for others—leaders who will empower the nation by first empowering themselves.
