Library Membership  
Students and Staff who are at present working or studying in Loyola are eligible to become members of this library. As of now membership for others is not there. If non members and past staff / students want to make a short reference they shall meet the concerned Library official.

Staff (Teaching)
•  Get the membership form from the cabin near the Book Self Service Terminal.
•  Fill up the form, with signature from your HOD.
•  Staff Identity number will be allotted to you.
•  Refer your Identity number to the day college vice-principal (for College Identity Card) and Shift-1 College Office (for ERP data entry).
•  If you are One Semester or Hourly Basis Staff Pay Rs.1000/- as refundable deposit in the CMS counter. (you are requested to keep this receipt safely till you get the refund).
•  Once the Library retrieves your data from ERP, you can lend books from the Library.
•  You are requested to get no due clearance from the library when you are relieving from the college.

Staff (Administrative)

•  Get the membership form from the cabin near the Book Self Service Terminal.
•  Fill up the form, with signature from the Office Superintendent.
•  Staff Identity number will be alloted to you.
•  Refer your Identity number to the day college vice-principal ( for College Identity Card) and Shift-1 College Office (for ERP data entry).
•  If you want to lend books, meet the librarian with a reference letter from Fr. Secretary.
•  Now you are eligible to borrow books.
•  You are requested to get no due clearance from the library when you are relieving from the college.

Students

•  First year (U.G/P.G./M.Phil./Ph.D) students, the moment you pay the fees you become member of the library - but to borrow books you had to wait till you get your Identity Card - till then you can refer the library by showing your fee receipt.
•  Your membership is valid upto your course duration or when you relieve from your course. Get clearance from the Library before relieving from the college.

Renewal of Membership

•  Staff are requested to return their books before 30th April of every year (to facilitate the process of renewing their membership) so that they can take books for next academic year.
•  For students it is valid till the end of their academic duration.
